We cannot accept returns for fresh or frozen goods

Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request changes to your order. Times this is difficult to happen as the orders are shipped in less that 2-5 hours so the preparation of the order starts very soon after an order is placed.

To collect rewards for in-store purchases, simply show your unique QR code at the payment counter. For online purchases, rewards will be automatically added to your account.

Our gift cards do not have an expiration date.
We don’t offer the option to reload or top up gift cards. You can just buy a new one.

The student discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the student whose name is on the ID.
No, once your discount is activated, it remains active on your account until your student ID expires.
You can only see your student discount before the payment, where the total amount of your order is displayed.
